The dish was appetising. The Chijiremen ramen noodles were firm, wavy and dainty. Accompanied with tasty toppings of tamago (2 types - the Onsen yolk was delightful, rich and yummy; lightly cooked on the outside and mostly runny on the inside), cha shu, menma and a flavourful full-bodied Shoyu broth.
