Was pleasantly surprised that the mochi remained soft and chewy in the ice cream and not frozen. Quite enjoyed this one but if there was one little minor change I wish they would make it would be to tone down the honey in the mochi. Towards the last few bites the floral notes from the honey were starting to overpower the taro.
