Wow! This white truffle oil base is so smooth & delicate yet very flavorful! This is the first Michelin-starred ramen restaurant in the world I for good reason! The white truffle oil, red onion, green olive sauce, spearmint, white leek, sun-dried tomato, bamboo shoot, Kurobuta Chashu, all blend together to make a beautifully satisfying ramen in a chicken & seafood soup base. The ramen noodles themselves are done just right. I will return to try the shoyu soba & different toppings & sides. I feel so lucky that I can walk over (at a non- crowded time)!
