Really gooood!! 🍜

I liked the fact we get to select the firmness of the noodle. The egg was perfectly cooked and the broth was full of flavour.

The Tonkotsu X from the £10 lunch menu (which includes a soft drink) with an egg added. Pros: a not too rich or fatty broth, hard noodles, and great value for the base meal (before extras are added). Cons: softer pork exists elsewhere in the London ramen scene and I couldn't being myself to add black garlic oil at £1.50! 😋🍜🥢👍🏻🇯🇵
