DIVINE. The Arabic yoghurt base for the dish was wonderfully creamy and tart, giving mild bite before immediately cutting itself with the surrounding acidity. The chili butter and dukkah toppings added complimentary flavors without overpowering any other elements. Pure harmony to create a filling, yet light dish.
