Tuna, avocado, soy paper, masago and spicy mayonnaise uramaki roll, topped with seared marinated salmon, teriyaki sauce, spring onions and tempura crumbs. Despite being one of the more ‘elaborate’ sushi rolls on the menu, I was kind of disappointed at how regular this tasted. Not that I didn’t enjoy it, but I was expecting more excitement for the price. The seared salmon and teriyaki sauce topping was very tasty, but I found myself wanting more flavour out of the roll in general.
