Seitan strips coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs, covered in an aromatic curry sauce with sticky white rice and a side salad. The chicken katsu curry was always one of my go-to meals at Wagamama, so I was so upset I wouldn’t get to have it anymore when I stopped eating meat; then the vegatsu was added to the menu.
