This Veggie Burger, made with halloumi, fresh made in house pickles, red peppers hummus and tzatziki was off the chain! So much texture and flavour!

I could have just this, and not miss meat (for that meal, at least!). Perfect balance; with a big fat halloumi steak, red pepper, hummus, rocket, tzatziki, house pickles. YUMMY!
