Gasthof Hotel Zur Post in Törwang had a fantastic idea... locally sourced (and shot) deer made into a thick ragout sauce (which was actually good) but then things got all wrong with the lasagna idea. The ratio of sauce to noodles was off (way too much noodle) and they were squooshy (yuck). So not a good execution but A for concept.
