With seasoned coconut milk, peanut dressing, poached shrimp and soft boiled egg. Looks spicy but it’s not. The dishes in this restaurant are all very balanced, with none of the extreme sour/spicy/sweet/salty often associated with Thai food. This is probably the best wing bean salad I’ve had in a while in Thailand. #michelinplate
