The outer skin was thick on the top. They were filled with soup. The meat filling was good in amount and texture, but overly salty. To me, it seems quality has dropped.

These are some of the best xiao long bao in Portland. Better than many Chinese restaurants. THIS is what you come to XLB for.

It's been a little while since we've been to XLB for lunch, and its still pretty good. The Xiao long bao is still decent... though it seemed a little over salty to my wife.
