Today I learned that I’m not a fan of okonomiyaki.

No flour in this okonomiyaki. Various proteins available - I went for pork belly and scallops. Long wait time in the evening though which I'm not convinced is worth it, as good as this was.

100% yam and a mother load of scallops because they were so awesome to accommodate my aversion to pork, squid, and shrimp. Absolutely scrumptious! I would come here every week for their freshly prepared, still on the grill okonomiyaki. If I could. If there wasn’t such a CRAZY line to this place.
