I’ll give benefit of the doubt and say that this may have been an off day, since everything else at Arepa & Co is world-class... these were sliiiightly dry on this day, but still yummy... but the sauce was BANGIN!!!

These cassava fingers are a bit dry, yet the garlic and parsley sauce is amazing!
