A soup of free range chicken that was alive around 15 minutes ago, cooked with roots that contain a milky substance. The short cooking time rendered the chicken rather tough and the soup less flavorful than it might have been. I had second thoughts and was going to cancel the order until I was told the chicken was just getting slaughtered. Too bland for my liking but I'm glad the guide enjoyed it.
