Essentially bread pudding deep fried with a thin churro like cinnamon sugar exterior and a custard with a brulee top with freshly whipped cream. When you say it all together it sounds obvious that it will be good, but it was truly amazing. The fried exterior was thin and crackled nicely under the spoon and bread pudding was light and not too sticky. I usually have problems with creme brulee because the sugar on top gets stuck in my teeth, but this just dissolved. Absolutely superb.

Simple, well cooked churros with what they call hot chocolate but it is essentially a molten dark chocolate ganache. It is a good thing that we were full and it was hot because we could have probably eaten many plates and cups of this. The essence of a simple concept executed flawlessly.

This "fried milk" dish was amazing. Flaky fried churro-like exterior with cinnamon sugar and caramel surrounding a warm almost pudding with a cinnamon and dulce de Leche flavor.

A crumbly tart the reminded me strongly of marzipan. It was not as dry as I was concerned it would be and it paired with the ice cream very well.

Tasty dessert that comes with custard, chocolate sauce, ice cream, and whip cream. Very hot when it first comes out so be careful. There were some very good bites in there, but a bit inconsistent.
