Amazing sun dried tomato cream sauce pasta. Diced tomatoes and shiitake mushrooms gave it amazing texture. The salmon was not dry and had good flavor, but far from the best. The pasta really stole the show.

A fairly lean cut and did not have any seasoning added so was not flavorful. The potato crust was well cooked but also bland and prevented the salmon from having a better texture itself.
