Absolutely perfect filet in a rich coffee reduction with more of a savory flavor than I could have imagined topped with a soaked toasted crisp of bread and an egg. To die for.

$6 steak and eggs at 3am is something everyone should do in Vegas. It's a pretty small steak without really the option of how it's cooked, but it was vitally petty good quality. Definitely worth the cost.
