Cooked well, sauce is slightly sticky sweet, clinging to the chunks of grilled pork. Almost like a fat back, the fat pieces have a slight crunchy edge to a melty interior. #asianeats

The flavor or this pork belly was fantastic. Unfortunately the amount of far on each piece was too much. They were large pieces and had almost an inch of fat on each piece. #asianeats
