Another surprising combination. Sprinkled with almonds on top of cream and some sort of mango sauce. Delicious! These guys at modern pantry are on to something! It's also incredibly filling!

Really interesting combination of the ricotta and pancake batter. It's quite unique and hard to compare to pancakes. Really lovely with the raspberry and i added maple syrup because I'm a savoury and sweet kinda gal.

It's bacon! What's there not to like?!
