Fried Tofu with rice noodles and herbs.

Putting the salad on top of the hot peanut sauce was a bit strange.

Rice Noodles with mushrooms 13 Vermicelli rice noodles with a selection of fresh mushrooms, crunchy peppers, carrot, white cabbage, ginger, soya, unagi and teriyaki sauce and black and white sesame seeds. Originally rom China, noodles -bee hoon- are a staple. Rice noodles are easy to digest and give a wonderful texture to food.

Fried tofu with vegetables, peanuts and rice noodles. Very good!
