Yasu has the best fresh fish from all around the world transported to his restaurant in #Phoenix on a daily basis. The dedication to #quality that he exhibits is far greater in similarities to a high-end sushi restaurant in #NYC or #LA. Phoenix is not the city you think of when you think I'd the best sushi spots. However, Yasu's Sushi Bistro is not only bar none the best sushi in Arizona, but is also in the top 3 sushi meals I've had. If you find yourself in Phoenix, pay Yasu's a visit, and make sure to sit at the sushi bar and ask Yasu to create your meal. That's how you'll get the most out of your visit.
