12-hour pork broth (NOT!), braised pork belly (NOT - replaced by pork shoulder), 7-minute egg, scallion, wood-ear mushroom, garlic butter corn (NONE!), beni shoga, menma: overall disappointment...should have gone for the shoyu

as you can see, I focus on the 6 minute egg, which was to die for... unfortunately, I did not appreciate the spaghetti served telling me it was ramen... focus on the delicious eggy, golden yolky goodness
