I just wish there were two; but you all probably know I love bread. This is a unique blend of German and French and it works well. The terrine-like pork in the middle of the pate isn't exactly visually appealing. The trick to this one is to get all the flavors and textures layered for each bite. Did I mention that the croissant was incredible? Big, fluffy on the inside and lightly sweetened with powdered sugar.
