In a sweet cream sauce, mushrooms, green beans and onions. Wow! Should have ordered 2 of these.

A new discovery for me. I never had scallops served this way. Thick, meaty scallops sliced about a 1/4 inch with cucumber, radish, peppers and a tiny sprinkle of sea salt. The roasted pineapple was delicious, but I think too strong and overpowered the other flavors. I'd do without the salt as well. I appreciate the layers of flavors and texture.

FOODSPOTTING LAS VEGAS EAT UP 2014 (my faves): This was a brunch special. Seared scallops served on a carrot puree (I think it as carrot), with spinach, pickled onion and topped with a poached egg.

I wasn't feeling very adventurous, but it was good. Tender belly Hampshire bacon, roasted corn grits, wilted snow pea greens, cola gastrique.

This is a typical "go to" dish for me. The chutney kind of got in the way of the salty, sweetness of those perfect scallops. I appreciated the effort, though. #atlchowhound #howdoyoufood #travel4food #myfoodchain
