I was dining alone for a "light" lunch. Roasted cauliflower sounded good. The waiter failed to mention it was entire head. I did my best. It was very good. Lightly sprinkled with sea salt and served with a cumin-infused whipped feta.

A summertime favorite. Better than what they serve at Houston's; and I really like those.

It was as fun to eat as it is to look at.
