Half of Harvester's Can Do rotisserie #chicken and #slow cooked half rack of #ribs glazed in Orchard #Apple #BBQ sauce served with skin on #Fries and a cup with some Pale #Ale #Gravy. It was all very tasty and you can get different #sauces from the #sauce bar!

Comes with Chips, Onion Rings, Homemade Coleslaw and a choice of sauces, I had Peri Peri. Only just realised after I had eaten it that the Onion Rings were missing! Mentioned it when plates were collected but declined to have them for afters.

Half a Roast Chicken with Chips Salad and a Creamy Slaw, I had Piri Piri Sauce as an extra, It was ok

roasted half chicken on crispy potatoes and baked flat mushrooms, served with a confit tomato, an Althams sausage wrapped in sweetcure bacon and a red wine sauce. It was ok but the sausage which looked nice had been microwaved and was half burnt, the chicken was a bit dry but it was edible, will not have it again, The last time I came here it was not so good which is a shame as it used to be really nice, food at other Vintage Inns is much better and I do not think I will be visiting The Hartshead again for a while
