Wow, I am at a loss for words on how delicious this was. First off, seated outside overlooking the bay with the cool late summer breeze coming in. Then we have an english muffin with smoked white fish spread, tomato, spinach, a poached egg covered with chipotle hollandaise sauce. This had my mouth doing a happy dance

Im usually a traditionalist when it comes to eggs benedict but the waitress talked me into ordering it with filet mignon. I was not disappointed! Perfectly cooked eggs, perfectly tender steak and great sauce.

This was ok. The hollendaise was good. However the eggs were hard as golf balls. The taso ham was a nice play in place of canadian bacon.
