Accompanying Mrs. C's main dish was this lovely little side of zesty fresh vegetables with a sliver of fresh feta. Definitely not your 'boring side of veg'. The marinade was perfect, the veggies perfectly cooked and the overall flavor was POW.

Man oh man... I could eat a whole tub of this stuff. Creamy roasted eggplant blended with olive oil and garlic - absolutely scrummers!
