However this is called for reals. Mr. Carastian felt a bit under the weather and asked our friendly Chinese Restaurant owner to make him something spicy (NUCLEAR!) to ooze out the cold. This beautiful layered dish (not on menu) came out, loaded with fresh chilies, ginger, bok choy and beef. ah... let the sweating begin.

Not as nuclear as the last time Mr Carastian had it, but a really nice heat building up. Love love love that the place is letting regulars order a surprise that is not on the menu and get this beautiful authentic dish
