Yumm! Great eggs loaded with these cracking tasty pieces of bacon! The careful observer might wonder where the croissant is- well they were out, Mrs Carastian requested a bagel and ended up with toast. Still yummers!

Faced with the reality of not seeing scrapple (if you don't know what it is... don't ask..) she ordered this one: " crispy, creamy, chewy, each bite perfect for a MD Lady". Mr. Carastian says, even the Bavarian shivers thinking of scrapple... what are YOUR stance on this?

Mr. Carastian's choice. crunchy, flavorful bread (The closest to decent Bavarian bread he found in the US), with scrambled egg and some sausages (He originally wanted beef - but they were out. bummer). TAAASTY!!
