2nd BEEF CARPACCIO
Hoiz Weinbistro, MünchenMr. Carastian's starter - or as a colleague said: almost a whole dinner in itself. generous portion of carpaccio, with parmesa, some fungi porcini, and arugula for color (for @FFB;-)). actually the weakest dish of the night, imho, as the porcini were sautéed in waaaaaay to much EVOO. so they greased up a little bit. And Mr. Carastian was expecting raw beautiful fragrant slices of those perfect shrooms.
