what do you do when you go out with colleagues? yes - you share desserts (don't faint, @Cesar ;-)) we had one coming with the menu (FOUR SHADES OF PURPLE, blackberry, lavender, cassis, parfait and marshmallow), a lavender creme brûlée, another one that I already forgot (gosh, I am so behind..)) this was a staple on the menu - soft, delish gooey center with a chocolate cake... balance between sweet and salty? ideal!

A former Michelin star chef (Zotter) created an organic chocolate company - and this chocolate found it's way into this heavenly dessert. Perfect mousse, elegant and satisfying. Only wish it was bigger than a shot glass!!!
