1st ESSZIMMER HOUSE COCKTAIL
Esszimmer, SalzburgTime to unveil the big birthday dinner... and what a celebration it was! Mr and Mrs C each had a different menu - so let's begin with Mrs C and her fish fantasia! First we got cozy in this lovely 1 Michelin Star & 17 Gault Millau chef hats establishment, the baby of chef Andreas Kaiblinger. Starting off our night right was this fish bowl of a cocktail - white wine, tangerine flesh and vermouth with a sexy little rose petal swimming around on top. So summery and refreshing... we'll be serving these as the official Carastian cocktail of 2014!
