1st FONDUE MOITIÉ-MOTIÉ
Nola's, Berlinof course - when in Berlin, have some Swiss Cheese fondue. A cute place in the middle of Berlin, serving this classic made out of Fribourg, Vacharin and Greyzer cheese. Fun fact for all all you cheese fondue lovers: only three beverages are able to split this "light" protein dish: tea (hmm....) Wine - best would be Fendant (we did that) or Kirsch (eau de vie). so give in, and get filled up;-). This one was ok for being served out side of Switzerland. if you ask Mr. Carastian it was too much. for men didn't make it to the religieuse.
