1st LEBERKÄSE MIT BREZ'N
Erdinger Sportsbar, Münchento greet Bavaria proper - next to the Weissbier, Mr. Carastian opted for some Leberkas. a kind of "sausage" made out of beef, pork, bacon herbs, onions. Now. what is not too love? Served with a Brezen, add some Bavarian sweet mustard... and we are back:-)
