Mrs. C had to have some italian garlic bread. and this flat bread was perfect. nice balance, great taste.

indisputable proof that Mr. Heiss is linked to Mamajuana, the Spanish place in Bad Aibling ;-) similar bread, same grilling style rubbed with garlic and UTTERLY tasty. Spavarian never was tastier.
