Course 2 - Salmonrejo (delicious recipe thanks to @Cesar!) cappuccino with wasabi foam and garlic bread popcorn. Mr. C finally gets to play in his molecular cooking kit (lecithin for the foam) and the guests oooh'd and aaaah'd over the mix of flavors and presentation. A tea party requires eating things out of proper china, right?!

Also a bland miss (and clearly mostly came out of a can - for shame!) but the shot came out nice. ;*)
