Lime juice, local mint, fresh Pinapple and Malibu Pineapple Rum - that, my dearest, was a clear tropical winner!

The Carastians are strongly against chains - yet Mrs Carastian was jonesing for coconut shrimp - and that brought us to chart house. Sad to report that this drink was probably the best we had. Refreshing and fruity yet not sweet. Lovely

Bavaria, 6 pm. and still 36 Celsius. That means only one thing - time for a refreshing Mojito! Mrs. Carastian did the right thing in ordering this beauty - the Mr. stuck with beer (he has to rethink next time!;-) )

Mrs. Carstians first (oh well.. who am I kidding she kept them coming) cocktail of the evening. A Kiwi Mojito. Add fresh Kiwi (one per glass) and boom. A fantastic new flavor experience. lovely!
