The shot that made us silver Taco experts (ONLY SILVER??) and (thank you thank you thank you...) GOLD (ONLY GOLD???) Porxpert. this dish deserved the double award - rightfully so. The same fantastic pulled pork but not only with rice but with home made tomato salsa, which Mr. Carastian opted to double and replace beans (who needs beans when there is pork?) topped with shreeded cabbage and a nice spicy sauce. Ayayayayayy!

On the beautiful road to Hana and just before you are finally there - there is this cluster of highly specialized food stalls. On everybody's recommendation Mrs Carastian decided on the fish taco. Though the fish is super fresh and good taste the missus did not enjoy the shredded texture of the fish.

Beautiful strips of beef with shredded cabbage black beans cheese, homemade salsa and wonderful spicy hot sauce. Clear winner for Mr C:-)
