another great example on how much they care about the food there. tiny freshly made tartelettes of fruit. made with a beautiful buttery shortcrust. Remember folks we are talking buffet food for a lot of people. Mr. Carastian and the little one toured the facilities and learned a lot about the place. Apparently they run the kitchen/bakery/patisserie 23 hours a day. And make everything on the premises. Nice.

being at a client meeting in one of the best Hotels in Munich (all of us thought: this place is too dark ;-)). the little fruit tarte were soooo good! perfect balance between sou from the Rhubarb to the creamy slightly brûlée taste of the cream. Perfect - and well deserved being one the best hotels in Munich.

Let the eating road trip begin! Our first stop was at this lovely Michelin mentioned restaurant near Stuttgart. The greeting from the kitchen set the mood for this fine garden meal - tasty, fresh and light.
