Catalan style cod with raisins and lime nuts sprinkled with honey!! Still dreaming of this one!

It might not looks visually appealing, however the taste was amazing!! A bit on the pricey side but in my opinion totally worth it!! 🐠

A traditional Catalan dish, a salad of shredded salt cod, tomatoes and onions! 👌 A dish so full of flavour but so light you could eat hundreds of them!!!
