Cold melon soup sprinkled with crispy Jamón Iberico! Strong mint flavour! Very refreshing and super tasty!

Really good chanterelles soup! Very creamy and with strong chanterelles flavour. I would have loved something crunchy in there to balance the whole creaminess of the soup but you can of course get the complimentary rye bread for that 😉
