Tropical Hut is a Filipino chain of fast food restaurants that began in 1962. Their burgers have a distinct flavor that take most Filipinos back to their childhood. Me included!

There was a certain taste (and smell) to the patty. Wasn't spoiled. It was the iberico oil, they said. Iberico pork mixed into the beef patty. I'm never having this (uber expensive) burger again.
