Sounds corny but the best siomai I've had. Siomai is siomai but this Taiwanese recipe is at another level.

My favorite dish at the table. Soft and chewey skin with a complex mix of fillings - ground pork, dried shrimp, shiitake mushroom, roasted peanuts, chives, and celery. My wife wasn't a fan though!

They say, if you want to guage a restaurant's other dimsum offerings, try their shrimp dumplings. This is one of the better ones I've tried. Its wrapper is much softer and fluffier than most - but as always, the shrimp could be fresher.
