A popular dish at this restaurant. The exterior is extremely light, flaky, and crunchy, while the interior consists of creamy, mashed taro surrounding a savory juicy filling. The red sauce is a sweet and sour sauce. Taro is a starchy root vegetable native to Southeast Asia.

This was good. Goes very well with its dipping sauce! When the 2 are mixed, a certain flavor uncommon to both surfaces! Really good.
