Sounds corny but the best siomai I've had. Siomai is siomai but this Taiwanese recipe is at another level.

They say, if you want to guage a restaurant's other dimsum offerings, try their shrimp dumplings. This is one of the better ones I've tried. Its wrapper is much softer and fluffier than most - but as always, the shrimp could be fresher.

This was good. Goes very well with its dipping sauce! When the 2 are mixed, a certain flavor uncommon to both surfaces! Really good.
