Deceptively light, fluffy and well balanced in flavour. A pleasant surprise considering I questioned myself for ordering one in the first place. Well done Anne Marie for a most eggcellent omelette! Sorry I couldn’t help myself 🤣

Eggs, grilled chicken breast fillet and bacon, spinach, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cress, herbs, sea salt. Umm not so much chicken, omlette was ‘well’ cooked. Would have been better a bit fluffier.

Bloody enormous starter!!! crispy fried pancake filled with Tofu and vegetables...lots of celery!
