Buttery, flaky and very moorish

The pastry was light and crispy. The best part of this. First few bites I was happy the filling wasn’t too sweet but by the end the sweetness build up to much for me personally. €1.50 not the best photo :/

I had a Sfogliatella at this sweet little bio bakery. The pastry was just perfectly crisp and flakey. I thought the filling would also be perfect but it was stuffed with a paste made out of excessive icing sugar. Pity really. Too sugary even for me!
