Took this as my Sandwich was being built, blurry due to hunger pangs... dark bread, layer of coleslaw, tender pulled pork, caramaliised onions topped with a truffle sauce you can't see here. The helpings were very generous indeed! And the end result too delicious for words!

Complete with apple sauce and stuffing.
