I love this salad, which is fully of flavours and textures. Has a really nice spice to it. Very tasty indeed.

Papaya salad

Rice Paper Salad with Chicken and quails eggs. The flavours were really good but the rice paper was still a little hard for me personally. Would try it again and leave it in the bag a little longer to make sure. I loved the fun way it was served.

Kale-quinoa salad / sweet potato mash / roasted cashew nuts / turmeric lentil ball / Salsa-Verde - lovely flavours but as a whole, too many mushy textures together. The cashews had a nice crunch though. Less mash and more balls would have balanced it out a bit more imho.
