500g of ‘hunters’ stew and sauerkraut served in a bread bowl. Looked small, came on a side plate but was actually extremely filling!

Trüffelled wild game ragout enhanced with wild mushrooms on rosti and schmand. The flavours were simply wonderful. Meat was tender. I do prefer my rosti a tad thicker and crispier but on the whole I sat there just smiling and eating :)
