Warm udon noodles in a coconut cream & lime dressing. Tossed with carrots, kohlrabi, beans pours, fresh herbs, marinated Seitan with toasted rice and peanut topping. Great flavours and texture. Huge portion. No room for dessert sadly!

The only downer was they bought my dish way, way after the other main courses. When questioned if they had forgotten it they said no, I had to be patient. The place was not really busy so ... but tasted really good.
